Refund Policy

  1. Full refund within 15 days if the customer receives an unusable license – but first, contact our help to confirm that the license is not working due to the license itself and not due to some other factor (faulty installation, the wrong product installed, malware or virus corruption of system files, etc..)
  2. If the buyer did not receive a license, the customer will receive a full refund through email within 15 days.
  3. If the customer has problems with the license after activating it, the customer will receive a full refund within one year.
  4. If the customer received a working license, there will be no refund.
  5. Adobe products are not returned or exchanged. An image is sent to ensure that the invitation request has been sent to the customer. In the event of a problem occurring in the customer’s mail, the product cannot be returned or the mail can be changed. Adobe problems are solved within a period of less than 48 hours from the time they occur.
  6. Adobe programs and Autodesk programs are an invitation to join an academic or educational account. In the event of purchase, the amount will not be refunded after activation and acceptance of the invitation. Please note that there are some large companies in some countries that refuse to use educational copies for commercial purposes.
  7. If you wish to cancel a subscription to a program, the number of months of subscription to the program is calculated and the remaining amount is returned after deducting the subscription price during the period that was used. The original price of the program is calculated, not the discount price.

The buyer must contact us by email at support@extedigital.com to receive a refund.

extedigital.com reserves the right to examine the product key for Activation information within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated after purchase, extedigital.com reserves the right to refuse a refund because the purchased service was delivered as promised.
